Administrator
Regan is the Provisional Nursing Home Administrator at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton. Her journey in long-term care began at just 17 years old, working directly with residents in memory care. Since then, she has built a diverse career spanning resident care, senior living operations, healthcare technology, and administration. Each role has strengthened her leadership skills while keeping her connected to what matters most; the residents and the teams who care for them.
Regan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems with an emphasis in Business Analytics from North Dakota State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is committed to continually growing as a leader and is working toward becoming a fully licensed nursing home administrator.
Driven by a passion for serving older adults, Regan believes every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. She is dedicated to creating an environment where residents feel heard, valued, and secure while fostering a workplace where team members feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to provide exceptional care. She is passionate about making a lasting impact on the quality, culture, and future of long-term care.
Outside of work, Regan enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece, and is looking forward to welcoming a new nephew. She also enjoys staying active through walking and weightlifting. Having recently relocated to Mason City, she is enjoying settling into life as an Iowan.
Assisted Living Manager
With over a decade of dedication to senior care, McKayla brings a deep well of experience, compassion, and leadership to her role as Assisted Living Manager. Her journey began in dietary services, where she quickly cross-trained in housekeeping and laundry to support her team wherever needed.
McKayla then enrolled in and completed her CNA certification to offer hands-on care and went on to earn credentials in activities coordination, home health care, and medication administration, each step a reflection of her drive to serve residents more holistically.
Her career progression is a testament to her adaptability and determination. McKayla leads her team with empathy, firsthand experience, and an unwavering dedication to resident well-being. She believes in leading by example and brings both heart and expertise to every interaction—motivating her team to give their best each day.
Director of Nursing
Jillian is a nursing leader and consultant with experience supporting long-term care facilities in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and staff education. She has worked in Director of Nursing and consulting roles, helping teams strengthen systems, improve survey readiness, and maintain resident-centered care.
Her approach is practical and collaborative, with a focus on clear communication, education, and consistency. Jillian is motivated by supporting both residents and nursing staff, believing that strong outcomes come from well-supported teams and thoughtful leadership.
Jillian’s background includes hands-on clinical work and progressive leadership roles, which allows her to understand the day-to-day realities of nursing while working to improve processes and compliance. Outside of work, she values time with family and ongoing professional growth.
At the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton, we’ve taken every aspect of the traditional rehabilitation experience and completely redesigned and reimagined it. We specialize in a full spectrum of rehabilitation services and amenities.
Leahy Grove offers home-like comfort with full kitchens, basic cable, and private patios. Residents can enjoy a piano lounge, walking paths, and raised gardens. Access to 24-hour nursing care and round-the-clock nursing and therapy services is available.
