Regan L.

Administrator

Regan is the Provisional Nursing Home Administrator at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton. Her journey in long-term care began at just 17 years old, working directly with residents in memory care. Since then, she has built a diverse career spanning resident care, senior living operations, healthcare technology, and administration. Each role has strengthened her leadership skills while keeping her connected to what matters most; the residents and the teams who care for them. Regan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems with an emphasis in Business Analytics from North Dakota State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is committed to continually growing as a leader and is working toward becoming a fully licensed nursing home administrator. Driven by a passion for serving older adults, Regan believes every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. She is dedicated to creating an environment where residents feel heard, valued, and secure while fostering a workplace where team members feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to provide exceptional care. She is passionate about making a lasting impact on the quality, culture, and future of long-term care. Outside of work, Regan enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece, and is looking forward to welcoming a new nephew. She also enjoys staying active through walking and weightlifting. Having recently relocated to Mason City, she is enjoying settling into life as an Iowan.

My great-grandma resided here like 20 years ago and now my grandma is here. It was very warming when I walked in and I was super impressed with the amount of security there is to get in and out. As a home manager of the Assisted Living Facility I run in Michigan, I took some mental notes to bring home. The caregiver that came in her room was very nice with felt comfortable with her being there
